I haven’t been very active here in 2019 - and for good reason. I’m finishing up a doctoral degree right now, but I’ll be back soon! I wanted to let you know what plans I have, though.
I recently bought a DSLR camera, so one project is to update pictures on existing blog posts.
New series: Grain Spotlight. I utilize a wide variety of grains and pseudograins in my baking. They are all beautiful and distinct and deserve a lot more love on here.
